Acquisition will add to Dover’s single-use element offering

Dover has entered right into a definitive agreement to amass Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and management instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with amenities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate roughly US$40 million–45 million in income during the full 12 months 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will become part of the PSG business unit inside Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions section.
