AxFlow acquires Switzerland’s Ateliers Ehrismann

AxFlow Germany is expanding its service enterprise in Switzerland with the acquisition of Geneva-based Ateliers Ehrismann SA.
Founded in 1923, Ateliers Ehrismann providers electrical motors, pumps and different electrical and mechanical equipment. The firm also provides frequency converters and manufactures mechanical spare parts and electromechanical prototypes. Ateliers Ehrismann is ATEX licensed for the repair of electrical motors and holds a permanent stock of electrical motors, frequency converters and spare parts for complete pump overhauls.
“The acquisition of Ateliers Ehrismann will make a great addition to AxFlow and is in line with our enterprise group technique to continue to broaden our service business,” stated Ole Weiner, CEO of AxFlow Holding.
